Awww. He's leaving. I hope he will be accompanied by at least one puppy. (When I saw the dog carriers in yesterday's video and thought it looked like something was up).

Packing rice....didn't he leave rice for Stephane?

Happy for Sho to be reunited with Steppen but a little sad for Emma chan if she's staying home. Emma looks a little nervous, like she's smart enough to know what these big suitcases mean now...Pretty sure he carries his skates with him on the plane, if the airlines he is flying allows it, so I'm surprised to see him packing the skates in the suitcase. The suitcase contents are interesting! Rice for Steppen, I see cans of SPAM, do those suitcase organizers say "feeling" (like as in Feeling Mathieu Caron?). I wonder how many pieces of luggage he takes!

I MISS HIS SKATING SO MUCH! Can't wait to see him on the ice again!
I thought the same about the dog carriers yesterday. Usually they're not sitting in the living room like that, so fingers crossed for Emma chan.

Love how Sho fans are SO fast!

Didn't even notice that shirt. Haha.

My dogs always got anxious when our routine changed in some way but those suitcases are a major clue that dogs know the owner is leaving.

Fingers crossed for a puppy to also go. Maybe he's packing his skates in the suitcase instead of a carryon b/c his carryon is a dog carrier & he can only have one plus a personal item (backpack). Just my 2 cents to idle the time away until we know if Emma is going.

Can't wait to see him skating, either.

^^^Dogs are smart and begin to recognize suitcases quickly! My friend's dog used to start hiding her shoes (and other things too) as soon as the suitcases came out.

Here's the carry-on stuff from a previous trip. Maybe some of that is mother's too.

Hope he can carry some of that ^^ onboard b/c he's paying through the nose for all that luggage unless he's in 1st class. Guess it wouldn't be cheaper to express that food ahead of his arrival. Wonder what happened to the blue skate case with the falling Shoma decal?

I thought the same about the extra luggage, although as a member of Team Japan, I suppose it's possible that they allow him to have extra luggage, especially if he flies on ANA or JAL. Maybe even Swiss Air makes exceptions.

You raise an interesting point about the fed paying/helping to pay for fees. I remember seeing Team Japan in the airport and they each had two huge suitcases and backpacks plus....if it's paid for by the federation, that's awesome!!
 
Shoma has 6 minutes to change in between his solo number and the finale of PIW. Will he make it?



All I kept saying watching this is that he needs some zippers at the bottom of his pant legs! So glad his agent was there to help!

Wondering if Shoma has left? Video with mother and father walking the two dogs in a park while Baron is at training is up today also so.....

In the video description it says "Switzerland, I'm back" so it seems so! 😁 I suppose he will participate in the summer camp.

The first seconds of the video were already so relatable lol, "it's just so difficult to wake up in the morning" 😂
