【掴み取った銀メダル】
オリンピックで2位になったということは当初は全く自覚もなかったですし、ただシーズンオフになって、いろんな人に声かけられたり、アイスショーに出た時の、自分の滑走順とか、自分の立ち位置が一年でこんなにも変わったんだっというのを実感させられましたし、それに伴い責任感とか、自分の役目っていうものをどういうことかっというのをが気付いて、改めてこの一年を通して、自分の強いところ、弱いところを再確認できたなという年でした。

【そして時代は平成から令和へ―】

ルールも変わって、難しいジャンプの挑戦を僕なりに結構止めていたんですよね。跳べているものを試合でやる、ちょっと気持ちが守りに入ってしまっていたというか。だからこそ、来年はそういうのを考えずに、もっと今まで通り挑戦を、僕がし続けたいなと思っています。

Holy feces! Sho's new SP is a Michael Jackson thing? Yikes! Will it be a balletic Michael Jackson? And which songs? I have questions! I have questions!... I shouldn't talk like it's 100% certain. There's still a chance he'll keep Shoboe. Which would you guys prefer?




How about Billie Jean with a sparkly glove?!

As long as it's not 'Ben' that he skates to, I think this could be interesting.
 
Oh wow, loved Gone Too Soon. You can hear the pain in Jermaine's voice...I'm not so sure about Smooth Criminal. How would Sho do the famous lean? :laugh2: I was going to say they should have him work with Michael's choreographer, Travis Payne -- but I didn't realize he died of cancer in 2019...Nathan also had a great MJ SP for the 15-16 season. Could be interesting!

Adding: The Shibs worked with Travis when they did an MJ program for the 2013-14 season.

You know a lot about dogs. Isn't it too hot to be walking the trio on the pavement? It's super hot there now. Poor Toro chan running with all her might trying to keep up...Never a dull moment in that household! Toro chan is no pushover when it comes to keeping them (especially Baron kun) out of her food!...Nice to see Toro cuddling with Sho!

It's not good to walk a dog on a hot day on blacktop but a lot of what I see of the dogs walking is on brick which is light colored. I guess that 's better but they seem to go from the house or salon to the van and they do have water out on the driveway of the house. They're young dogs whose systems can handle the heat but as long as they have water they will be hydrated.

Now, as for Shoma, all black is hot, hot, hot but maybe he's prepping his mindset for the MJ program, minus sparkles, of course.
