Not a complete fan of this program but Maxim is nailing his jumps! At least, he was until the fall.

The first half of Maxim's program was excellent.

But he looked tired in the second half. Stamina not quite where it needs to be.

I was hoping Naumov would repeat his long, but now I want a new free. The musical timing is way off from the version he skated at Nationals. His first spin was perfectly timed to the music there, but here it was wayyyyy off.

Maxim. He is quite the performer. His jumps, spins and SS are all good. I really like this program for him.

That was cool by Max Naumov! It looks like skaters from Skating Club of Boston are improving by leaps and bounds. The new facility surely helps their training and positive mindset.

Also, was Maxim's song from a video game? It kinda sounds like it comes from Assasin's Creed or something. The video game soundtrack is definitely a recurrent theme for some guys.

Say what you will about Nathan's costumes, but they all were pretty close-fit. Completely billowy shirts look so weird when skaters do pretty much anything.

I hardly recognised Daniel (I missed his SP yesterday). He skated quite well, although I really don't think this is his kind of programme. Still, well skated except for a fall and some mishaps. I will not say anything about the shirt. I wonder where this will leave him in the standings.

Daniel seems to have made a stronger commitment to his skating than I've sensed in the past. Yes he had mistakes but he was so much more focused. The shirt? Uh WTH?

I love both programs, but kinda yes - his SP and FS are the exact same styles. Though - at least he sells them.

But also we have to remember he's not had any type of fed support for several years because he had to be released by the Ukrainian Fed so there might have been financial reasons behind the reuse of the FS.
