Romeo and Juliet. Thoughts? It is kind of wild that Zhenya is doing pairs with two skaters who are like the opposite of each other - Milokhjn - goofy, skinny, young and Enbert - tall, classical, more serious and… she is doing so amazing with both!! Boggles the mind.
I also hope to see her for the last time competing, may she can be the one who does her choreography with ET, what she can lose? (In case they do not allow her to keep Allegria) her life has been like a Mexican Telenovela haha I think one last competition would be the happy ending that she hopes even if she is not on the podium, but I'ts depend on her body and RusFed (perhaps also ET).I never really thought about gala costumes, but the Billie Eilish one is pretty cool. I probably like Meditation and Beautiful Mess as gala programs the best, although Sailor Moon is really fun. I like Corpse Bride too, especially the ending pose.
I like the Nocturne, River Flows in You, Tosca and final Libertango costumes the best, and I like the River Flows in You, Nocturne, Exogenesis (Haha I like Averburkh's work with her), W.E. and Memoirs of a Geisha programs the best, and I also really liked Masquerade and Alegria.
I think she would be a wonderful choreographer, but I also hope to see her compete at least once more. Regardless, she is my all-time favorite, and I think she is the greatest all-around female skater ever. Following her career since seeing her in the Olympics has been rewarding; she earned all the cheers, and she's worthy of the tears.
I'm sorry this Olympic season has made me emotional, along with the things that happened last year, being stan of Evgenia and Aliona Kosto is very chaotic.

So do I! That little one-footed hop she does while spiraling backwards at the beginning of the program still gives me chills every time. I just LOVE that! The entire program is hypnotic; every time I watch it, I'm like "It's over already? Thats it?" It makes time stand still. Ilya Averbukh outdid himself with that program, and she absolutely slays it, especially at Rostelecom. That might have been her best skate ever...
