Of course Takahashi should score lower for spins. But, a couple of Lambiel's spins at this competition were completely average and yet received +2's on the GOE. He was given more than he deserved.
Takahashi should have been ahead by about 2 points in the SP (not .5) and scored slightly higher in the LP too.
We should all go through the performances with our own GOE and Program Component grades and see what the result is. Doing my own judging, I feel that Lambiel was gifted (and note that he's my favorite skater in the World right now).
Daisuke has his own troubles with spins, especially the camel. I really think it turned out fairly. Their scores were only .16 apart.
