Gee, that seems so late! The Team Event starts right away, so it seems like they should be there sooner! Oh well, at least they only have a one hour time difference...I haven't heard much about anyone's schedule. I'm finding it hard to believe that 4 years have passed since the last Olys.

Adding: Here's Vincent Zhou on his way. With a 15? 16? hour time difference, some may be leaving early to have a chance to get used to the time.
It's not so late for Japanese team. At Pyongchang, they also entered 5 - 6 days ago, Sochi as well (there is time difference between Russia and Japan, so at that time they had the camp before Sochi at Armenia to cope with it.:)

New info,:party2:

'“The Japanese delegation will be flying out on several charter flights. They will be using a different terminal that’s not used by the general public, both for departures and arrivals. My husband said that he can’t tell me any more than that.”'

WOW! GOOD JOB! Ajinomoto is Japanese food company. They keep supporting Olympics athletes with food and continue the work in Beijing as well. They provide with food at 『JOC G-Road Station』by JOC. Ajinomoto expands in China, so it must not be so difficult.

"Ajinomoto will support TEAM JAPAN athletes at the Beijing Olympics! They will provide their Amino Vital products & meals including rice, hotpots, soups and gyozas"

I am so relieved. :ghug:

We are getting pre-Olympics features of Shoma, as the Olympics gets closer. Yesterday there was a short interview with Sho Sakurai (of ARASHI fame, also will be one of the broadcasters who goes to Beijing to report). No new news but kind words from Shoma about how Stephane and Yuma has influenced him this season:

Also, new training footage with 3A, 4Lo, 4S, 4T3T and 4F. Not sure when the footage was taken, but everything seems solid.

And Japanese team competition members will be announced on 3th. Very before the day of team event.
I am not sure Shoma will be there. Free will be definitely Yuma.

It's a fantastic choice either way. I don't know who (or how) they will pick, Shoma did beat Yuma at Nats. We'll have a better idea after seeing who's doing the SP.

Yeah, according to Jackie, the official deadline of entry is Feb.1 for Team and Feb.3 for Men, so any media may leak the info. :drama:

Yeah, he seems so confident and calm. It seems his leg is not perfect though, and will adjust in 2 weeks. :)
Hope the leg will be in good shape. Hopefully assistant physical therapist Emma-chan is working on his leg. :laugh2: Ha! Never mind, she's probably jumping on his head, just like always!...Seriously though, I am very happy to hear him talking about Worlds, and I do feel confident he will attend Worlds. I was worried that maybe he wouldn't. There is such a physical and emotional let-down after the Olys.

Shoma’s bio 🥰

Please check Yuma and Kaori’s hero.

Shoma does look ready!

Love how in his bio he lists his dogs as one of his hobbies. :dance3:I seriously hope he is in the Team Event considering how well he did in 2018.

Yeah, he definitely will be Worlds as long as he stays healthy. For him, Olympics is just one competition in his way.
US team is also fine? Any info about TEAM members? Anyway, stay healthy everyone.

Now I think so. The possibility that Shoma will have SP gets quite high now.
Yeah, pretty much Déjà Vu of 2018.:hap10:
