If I have time today I will go into the setting of my 42 in television and bring up the Peacock skate page and play with them.Chris...Too much brightness, not enough contrast.

OK, in a few hours I will bring up that screen and play with the contrast and brightness.
That's how mine looks, fwiw.
Well, dont this beat all! I went downstairs and brought up Peacock menu on my television.Chris...Too much brightness, not enough contrast.

BTW, here is the smoking gun that they commited breach of contact and fraud on millions. And a name of a person you can contact and complain. WSJ, Feb 2nd B4 (If the moderators say it is ok, I will post the entire article.)Peacock offers two stream options when the event is happening - the primetime NBC stream (that's the stream with commentary (and a better tech box)) and their normal stream (no commentary). The primetime one doesn't stay on peacock afterwards, but the non-commentary version does. I think when watching live both feeds have ads, but the peacock stream might not have ads days after the event.

Thanks! That is sooooooo funny.....I wonder what educational system educated the interface designer person? It's not your screen. That happens on mine too. The text is white-on-white until you hover over the actual box with your remote, then the shadow appears across the bottom making the white writing legible. It's really stupid.
The last Olympics were perfect. This one is awful. Don’t know what they are talking about. In today's WSJ, Peacock admitted it made major mistakes in the last Olys, and plans to do much better this time around, to win back disappointed customers.

The last Olympics were perfect. This one is awful. Don’t know what they are talking about.
“I think we learned some valuable lessons in Tokyo,” NBC Sports Chairman Pete Bevacqua said of the company’s coverage across all platforms, including Peacock and NBC, during a recent company event. “I would be the first to admit we realize we had to make it easier for the viewer.”
During the Tokyo Olympics, the U.S. men’s basketball games were the only events live-streamed on Peacock’s premium tiers, while the streaming service’s free tier included limited live showings of events like gymnastics and track and field. Most other events were shown in replays and highlights. Many Peacock subscribers who were still new to the platform said they weren’t sure if some Olympic events were unavailable on Peacock or just hard to find.

I was wondering if I was missing something. So there really is no way to watch the events on Peacock with commentary??This is the biggest mess I have ever seen. All sports I have watched so far have commentary except figure skating. In desperation I was trying to find the USA network coverage of the men's short first three groups and I can't find any replays of USA content. It's so frustrating.....the Tokyo Olympics were so easy, commentary for everything (typically the world commentary) and no commercials. I just can't even with this.
Not that I can tell. I can't even go back to the Olympics app and watch the replays, but I can for 2018 and 2014???I was wondering if I was missing something. So there really is no way to watch the events on Peacock with commentary??
There should be two feeds on Peacock: NBC Primetime and then the Men's Free Skate (or whatever specific event). The NBC Primetime feed has commentary and the plain event stream has no commentary.I was wondering if I was missing something. So there really is no way to watch the events on Peacock with commentary??
The NBC Primetime feed has commentary but only on maybe the top 6 skaters and Hanyu. AND it's Tara and Johnny. Every other event has world commentators. On all athletes. There should be two feeds on Peacock: NBC Primetime and then the Men's Free Skate (or whatever specific event). The NBC Primetime feed has commentary and the plain event stream has no commentary.
I don’t think Icenetwork still existed. But I’ve been watching Olympic events in their entirety (first having to get up and watch live, with no commentary, then being able to watch replays with commentary) for at least 3 cycles. Before I had a smartphone or tablet. They used to all be available on nbcolympics.comI don't recall exactly, but the 2018 Games is when they just had the NBC Sports app and Ice Network still existed? Because that's when I think I was able to watch online but not to have payTV, it was solely based on my having Internet with AT&T
