It is worth noting that the team doctor Shvetsky has indeed been caught before. He already had a three year ban because of a 2007 doping incident with the Russian rowing team.My question still stands, why would they do it, if the medication is more or less useless with an ad hoc administration? The risks outweigh benefits by a mile. If TeamTut were so reckless, Shvetsky so incompetent etc - surely they would have get caught earlier?
