In today's competitions you do not win with the PCS, because all the favorits get quite the same. You win with the GOE.

Well Sasha T would disagree with you there! Unless you just mean pairs?

S\H are slightly behind T\M on PCS actually, not sure why people keep getting confused there.

They won it with the Quad twist and getting overall better GOEs (Tarasova having a couple shaky landings)

Oops, you're right, was looking at the wrong numbers. Well, I would've had S/H higher in PCS AND higher in GOE on most elements, so there you go!

My bad you are right! Live scoring had not updated in time. But in that case I am surprised, I think S/H should get the higher PCS. They had the better flow overall. T/M beat them in PE (ok, because of the turnout) but why in IN?

Sui/Han downgraded on the 3S, all -5. Worth noting T/M also had lower GOE (1) on their 3S. Better GOE on their SBS combo compared to S/H.

S/H won it on PCS, deservedly IMO.

I personally liked T/M’s free skate program better, and they had the skate of their lives so I bet they are disappointed they didn’t get gold. Having said that, I am also super happy for Sui and Han. They have been my low-key favorites for a long time and I am glad they got to finally win in their home country.

I'm so glad the Olympics ended with pairs. That was such an amazing event. And, it is basically my perfect podium. Quality won! S/H and T/ M! I'm so !

Yeah could you imagine if the skating ended with the shit show that was the ladies like it usually does. What a way that would have been to end the figure skating event.
