Andrei Mozalev

Perhaps I did not quite understand clearly: Grishin was sitting in the commentator's booth and commenting the competition, he couldn`t jump 4F, or I'm starting to really regret that I was not in Saransk and didn`t see this  Or did Grishin remember how Andrei landed a quadflip? I didn't listen very carefully to what he was saying.
Boys jumped 4Lz and 4Lo today, which is also a challenge for our guy, but, as far as I remember, none of the Russian guys have jumped in 4F competitions yet, except maybe Alexander Samarin. Anyway, the pressure on Andrei and his coaches is strong, it's obvious that they are struggling with the quadflip problem.
Yes, Grishin was going on about the increasing difficulty of content for junior men and its growth, including senior quads, and brought up that Mozalev was jumping 4F successfully recently.

Well, the 1st Channel Cup has been postponed, new dates are unknown. The World Championship will be held without the participation of Russian athletes, so we are actually starting the low season now. I still hope to see Andrei on ice before the end of the season. Perhaps it will be the St. Petersburg Cup Final or something like that.
I hope that Andrey will use the free time to recover and start preparing for the new season right now. He really needs a stable 4F, and I hope for even more detailed and exciting programs. This season, the productions were still simpler than last season, but this can be explained by the fact that they had very little time to prepare due to Andrei's illness.

Some good news: Andrei says on stories that the scandal with Hanyu's crazy fans didn't hurt him in any way because he doesn't read IG messages during competitions. I doubt that it`s 100% true, because someone deleted these cruel comments and temporarily closed the possibility of commenting. Let's hope the coach did it. Such messages hurt very much, even if you deleted them as soon as you read them.

Andrei also showed interest in the proposal of a fan who offered music from Dune for a new SP. If his coach, his choreographer and Andrei like this music, we will get a very cool number. He will probably be very harmonious in this.

Andrei is laconic even in the case of choosing questions and answered only 18 questions from fans, although this is not more than 10% of the questions received, as it seems to me  His fans are forced to suffer from information hunger. We'll have to put up with it, that's his nature.

Channel 1 might get shut down for the outside world, but small competitions from independent streams probably will be okay. I wish Mozalev and all others to stay safe. Not optimistic about my hopes to see him life, but will keep my eye out for any internal competitions. 💔

Age-related? He's 18 😎
I'm glad he seems ok, I was worried that his training and daily life would be impacted somehow.
I also want to know what his programs will be next year. I'll go look up Dune now!

Not for long :) Time's flying.
He turns 19 this month, this is a serious age :geek:
Ladies, I don't really understand cosmetic terms, but I did`n mean deep wrinkles and so on by age-related problems at 18 :ROFLMAO: I'm talking about youthful acne and so on. Although Andrei really almost got rid of them (compared to the 2019-2020 season).

However, if he doesn't want to cover his face with a lot of concealer before his skates, and he needs the assurance that everything is perfect, it's very good that he solves problems with the help of specialists. I like his independent demeanor. In our society, there are certain stereotypes of behavior suitable for a man, even such a young man. But he does not hesitate to demonstrate that, for example, he cares about his appearance. This is a very atypical demeanor for a man, especially for a sportsman who was brought up in a masculine environment.

Today we have only such funny news from everyday life. But I'm glad that Andrei's life is going on as usual. Hope everything goes well in the future. Let's wait for news :coffee: We are waiting for photos with a birthday cake and a candle "19" 🥳

That’s a lovely fanart! Dunno if we going to see a cake picture given the famous 4-year plan for achieving the top form 😂 plus, carbs and teen skin ain’t best friends…

He is still active on Instagram. I saw someone created this artwork of him and he liked it within a few hours.

To date, everyone is active on Instagram.
Almost all popular Russian figure skaters, including the most popular juniors, have created their own channels in Telegram. If Instagram becomes unavailable, they will continue to communicate with fans in Telegram. He didn`t. He probably understands that the Telegram channel assumes too close and regular communication with fans will be tedious for him, as well as the need to regularly post news from his life to the channel to maintain interest in himself. Perhaps he is also scared by the example of Mark Kondratyuk, on whose channel fikreiters came and arranged a round-the-clock party with a slash and other cute fikreiter jokes  :) It is unlikely that Andrei has enough psychological strength to resist such a "slasher party" in his channel. It is most comfortable for him to remain unnoticed.
Perhaps he will find a way out by creating a channel where it will be impossible to leave comments or something like that.

KA told Andrei that he should have pleasant moments in his life when he enjoys something delicious. I think in this case he will agree to deviate from the rules. Birthday is the day of pleasant moments when you can pamper your taste buds 🎂 mmm
I think he won't resist a small piece of cake as a guilty pleasure 🍰

Well, ladies and gentlemen, there is news that the 1st Channel Cup will be held in Saransk after March 20 (at the same time as the World Cup, which is very logical and ironic). We are waiting for more detailed information and detailed lists of participants. I crossed my fingers to see Andrei again with his programs this season. He needs a bright spot at the end to go into the low season with good motivation.

Saransk's new arena is haunted, but I hope that if Mozalev is in, the rink monsters wouldn't get him. I really hope to see him do well this season insomuch as is possible. If the cup gets scheduled in that week and Mozalev participates, he could be doing a birthday skate.

Well, there is a new wave of IG posts about IG going to be closed for you know whom, you know why. Unlike the other skaters, Mozalev isn’t migrating, and the competitions he might be in are kinda uncertain, so… things might be quiet for a while in Mozaluv place… praying for good news next time there is something.

The latest update I've seen is 25-27th March, with no gala scheduled. So he will already have turned 19 and being in competition mode (although my wish is for him to enjoy it!).
I don't have a means of watching channel one cup so I'm hoping a domestic viewer will be able to upload a few videos afterwards

Cheer up, ladies. Today Alexandrina posted a link to Davydenko band telegram channel (will they already start promoting this brand properly or will it happen sporadically?). Davydenko's assistants will be responsible for this channel, if I understood it clearly. These are people who are maximally involved in the process with the most accurate information. If they have new information about Andrei's competitions, it will appear there.

In any case, we have the fun sector telegram channel and other information channels. We will not remain in an information vacuum

Yesterday the head of Rusfed announced the following dates: March 24 - 27, March 24 - jump battle, March 25 - SP, 26 - FS, 27 - Gala. I think these dates will not change. The format of the event is still being discussed, so the composition of the participants is unknown. Athletes are waiting for invitations, no one yet knows exactly what he will go. Let's hope that Andrei will receive an invitation (I see no reason for him to be refused), but so far I can't say anything for sure.

I saw your opaque hint, let's see what can be done  1st Channel looks extremely disapprovingly at copying its videos, especially on YouTube. However, there is hope for fans' funkams - there will be spectators at the competitions.

Latest news: 1st Channel`s YouTube channel is blocked, so the broadcast on YouTube is canceled. Perhaps there will be a broadcast on rutube? If this does not happen, then the broadcast remains on the website of the 1st channel. We begin to pray that video doesn`t lag behind unbearably and the site does not break down from a large number of visitors at the same time. It's time for me to think about how to turn on my TV. However, it will be possible to watch TV programs on a computer, which is also a good option.

Even in dark times, we shouldn`t forget about historical dates. Thanks to the Japanese Andrei`s fans for reminding us about the second anniversary of Andrei 's victory at JWC. I also remembered that he remains an irremovable leader at least until the announcement of the results of JWC22. Well done, boy, great job! Let's hope that this was not the last international award in your life.

That’s a lovely memory. The last truly truly wonderful day, I think, as far as figure skating was concerned. No pandemic, no nothing bad yet…. Sheer joy when the kid got it. Will always be grateful to Mozalev for that.
