I forgot to mention that several fans from the forum attended a couple of those events. Because it's a smaller venue, you really get to see him up close and personal. There's a little cafe there too, and I think people saw him in the cafe. The one time, he signed autographs, although his manager keeps him on a tight schedule and doesn't always allow him to do that too much. I only mention this because sometimes I think a smaller venue is more fun than a big arena. Only complaint I heard was that the tickets were rather expensive for a Challenge event.

Oh, I Know the venue, it's the same where I skate every week so the regret is even bigger I already imagine how it would be to see him there... but is also good to know that he seems a little more free to roam around in venues like this one than in the bigger ones.

Time to !eave for PIW. Don't think I've ever seen Sho in that bright blue color. Looks great on him. Feimeicheng posted that Sho had a haircut...Tomorrow mother will take Baron and Emma to Yokohama. How nice of her!!!

Oops--memory lapse on my part! Even his Turandot costume is that color. He skated to "This Town" and DOMO in something similar too. This is him doing his EX This Town at Helsinki Worlds.

Well now it is the off-season but he is not in a hurry to create anything for his channel ((

He's not obliged to post anything on his channel! I guess we are just too spoiled with all the content we have, so sometimes it's easy to forget that he does not owe us anything. Rather than complaining about the lack of uploads, let's be grateful when he DOES post something - this chaotic flood of all sorts of Shoma content may not last forever.

Hmm it is kind of of naive way of thinking.... If things go well, coaches and students do not part, they do so if things dont go well, so the main evidence that things didn't go well between them is their split and as a result of it his depression hence a slump in form.

A naive way of thinking, to me, is choosing to religiously believe in something without any evidence whatsoever - and plenty of evidence to the contrary, with the new Mihoko-Shoma collaboration and the new Mihoko interview being only the last two in what is now a very long row. Dismissing all this evidence and just going with 'nah, it's all lies, they had a fight and he left' is an extremely unproductive way of thinking (as well as disrespectful towards people who, you claim, are being dishonest in their interviews).
Students and coaches can split for many different reasons. I guess you're just extrapolating here some of the reasons you know on all other situations, thinking that's always the case. No, it's not always the case.

They will skate in Nagoya, Niigata and Osaka at the end of July!

She's so lovely. As a Shoma fan, I will always be grateful to Mihoko for taking care of him and supporting him for so long, and from what I can read in this interview, she still cares about him a lot. And I'm also happy that she was able to follow 2022 Worlds live as it was airing on her TV!

Not yet! But this is only the first announcement- I can't wait until they release the ladies, pairs and dance cast!

Apparently Shoma tried on a costume made by his mother... so now I'm thinking that he's going to perform his new short program at PIW. I'm so excited to see what the successor to Shoboe will be!

Yes, Shoma's mother (and aunt) made his novice and junior costumes in the past. I think recently she also helps if he needs a little adjustment on his costumes, not full blown making it but just making adjustments.

Shoma today practicing for PIW... landed 4Lo, 4S, 4F, 4T3T... and of course, continuing his road to 4Lz. There's a nice cantilever too, and some smiley moments with Kazuki. Good luck for the show Shoma!

Many times his costumes for the season aren't ready so early, so he has used stuff his mom has created or he uses an older costume. Sometimes I think he would rather save the REAL costume for when the season starts. Otherwise it's kind of old news if he wears the same costume he's been wearing since April.

Good to see blue Shoma, starfish Shoma and smiley Shoma - lots of great content.
I do worry that Shoma hasn't had any significant time off since World's. He doesn't appear to have had time to rest and reflect on his stunning victory in Montpellier. I wonder where the destination of a Sholiday would be....

I remember one summer he had something like 34 shows. In addition to that he was getting his new programs, costume fittings, etc. So he's pretty busy. I'm not sure if the word "vacation" is in his vocabulary. . He would probably stay home, sleep !ate, and eat lots of beef!!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing the red Shoboe top again if his new costumes aren't ready. Just sayin' especially if the short is a Latin number. Stephane said he was going to work him harder next season and the sp is his one chance to do it.

Yes, the red top was beautiful. For me, he could skate in a training outfit and he still would be splendid.
