And of pairs teams I can recollect Haven Denney/ Brandon Frazier. I don't remember in which season they split, but I know for sure it took place and then they reunited and had been together until Haven's quitting from skating.
Exactly. Haven & Brandon split when they were juniors I believe. Maybe for one season. I'm not sure how long. I do know they competed against each other at 2011 U.S. Nationals in juniors.

There were a lot of young skaters in that comp who went on to become famous, including Chris Knierim (he was paired at the time with Andrea Poapst), Ashley Cain (who was then paired with Joshua Reagan -- they won the junior title, with Chris & Andrea in second). Timothy LeDuc took third with his then partner, Cassie Andrews. Haven was paired with Daniel Raad, and Brandon was paired with Mandy Garza. Jessica Calalang was then partnered with Zack Sidhu (her longtime partner off-the-ice). A.J. Reiss was then paired with Brynn Carman (who skated with Chris Knierim in novice pairs). Reiss would later partner with his girlfriend, Erika Smith. As well, Joshua Santillan was paired with Olivia Oltmanns. They moved up to seniors in 2012, but then split as Olivia had grown very tall. She was a lovely skater with gorgeous long legs. Josh later paired with Jessica Pfund.

Brandon and Haven initially split because Haven's family relocated to Florida from Colorado Springs. But after the 2011 junior pairs event, where neither placed on the podium, Brandon & Haven reunited. They remained in juniors for two more seasons, winning pairs gold at junior Worlds in 2013. They also famously made their start together as young kids competing in roller skating!

How sad. I thought they were quite promising. Wishing them all the best!

I wonder what happened to make him decide there's no way he can continue working with the Georgian federation in the middle of the season... It must have been pretty serious. 🤔

Hopefully, he'll be able to find both a new federation and a new partner if he wishes to continue competing.❤️ And hopefully, Anastasiia Metelkina can manage to do the same continuing to represent Georgia.

Zhang/Yang are already in their second season skating together so Tang/Yang must have split at some point during the 2020/21 season.

As far as I remember Tang/Yang were entered as a pair at the (domestic) Cup of China in November of 2020, but ended up withdrawing, with Zhang/Yang first appearing internationally in October of 2021 at the Asian Open Trophy.

^^ I'm not very familiar with the younger Chinese teams. What I have seen of them pales in comparison to the magic of past Chinese pairs. The Golden Age of Chinese pairs began with Shen & Zhao, and ended with Sui & Han.

(Also, once again confirmation that Minerva will continue her career with a new partner, though there are still no hints at who her new partner is.)
At the last Pirouette Magazine issues, they said that she is skating with Nikita Volodin, but he is still not released from Russia.
Apparently they already showed their SP at the German Nationals outside the normal competition.

I wish Nolan all the best for the future. I had also read in Pirouette that Minerva is skating with Nikita. We shall see!
I was now also able to find that information on the page of the fan club for German pairs skating, which also cites Hase/Volodin having skated their SP outside of competition at Nationals.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to see them on the stream and even more unfortunate that they were unable to get the same special allowance to compete at Nationals as Efimova/Blommaert last season.
