S/S are better, but rarely clean. They'll make mistakes, as usual, whereas Z/Z will get through their stuff, almost faultless, as usual - and mainly lackluster, as usual ....

It is very slow in updating. The ISU has really disappointed me today.

I don;t understand why this upsets you. Of course their site is going to be slow/inaccesible on the biggest event of the year.

It happens for other sports, major tv shows, etc.--there are access problems on all of them on their biggest events.
