Thank you once again @rabidline for uploading Kazuki's FS :love2:

If I have to sum up my feelings at this point, watching this programme: I'm intrigued. There's SOOOOO much potential, and it feels like it needs a proper rink and proper lighting to be appreciated fully. I just can't wait to see Kazuki grow in this programme.

I think this could be a really great program. It's more serious than what Kazuki usually does, but it could work very well for him. He's fully capable of producing the flow, speed and body language that IMO music like this requires. The only thing I'd like for him to tackle yet, is the posture - shoulders more down and backward, head and neck more stretched upward. Hard to tell in the show lighting, but he seemed to be hunched a bit in places, while I prefer a more balletic posture for music like Halston - akin to how Jason Brown holds himself on the ice. But that's a detail, and overall I believe this program could really score major points with judges and audience alike. The music is calm and serene, but it still has the potential to be a crowd pleaser, the sort of program you watch with bated breath.

Honestly I am not a great fan of the program. I think he's a great entertainer with the right program, but this is just... okay. Quite average, actually. I do like the step sequence.

Thanks! This article is sadly blocked in the UK/Europe but I managed to read it using a VPN

I really admire and appreciate Kazuki's guts to try something different, and his willingness to develop and grow. Whatever happens, I'm very proud of him for challenging himself in this way 🥹

For those who miss his entertainer persona lol there's always his exhibition! Once again, thank you @rabidline for updating! It is super fun and even has a special guest!

I love this, ty!

I am of two minds w Halston..Beautifully performed and I was pleasantly surprised that The Skating Lesson liked it..I never want Kazuki to be ordinary and I applaud his wanting to improve..Since the sp is a bit "mellow" w speed at the end..I might have preferred a contrast this season..ie, Cin Par and LaLa Land..perfect combo..What sets Kazuki apart from everyone else is his performative quality..w/o being "weird"..I hope this all works out for him..

Thanks, there's also this article that sums up the video, useful for those of us who rely on Deepl/Google Translate!

Kazuki seems to have a solid sleep routine, no doubt this is one of the reasons he's so energetic!

Kazuki was gifted with a Iwayado tansu, a traditional wooden chest of drawers from Iwate prefecture.

It seems when he was in Iwate for SOI in April, he mentioned in his NowVoice that he loved the Iwayado tansu in the hotel he stayed. Now, the Iwayado tansu producers association gave him one as a gift, and as you can see Kazuki was really happy 🥹

Such a nice gesture and that chest of drawers is absolutely gorgeous!

Kazuki posted about The Ice 2023 on Insta! Love the pics, especially the new "Underground" costume!
