He is! NGL I kind of live in hope he can be in the Small But Mighty Club, but it's hard to tell how tall he is now

In Russian, there is a similar word "bezrukavka" ("sleeveless") for a jacket or sweater or shirt that should have sleeves but doesn't for some reason
