Rinka did land one in the run-through earlier today...not sure about the rotation. Besides, she said she's in good condition (working with new trainer).

Rinka's new trainer is actually Shoma's current trainer! Demizu Shinichi (Demi-san) is splitting his time with both (a la his old arrangemement with Satoko and Shoma).

Sae's jump consistency is definitely an asset for her future in Pairs.
Could having the ability to spin in both directions also be a benefit?

Love the multi direction spin!! This was the cleanest we've seen today and it was lovely! The dress isn't my favorite, but it probably looks better in person because of how high the contrast is when filmed. Her first combo was amazing and ykw she didn't falter much as the program went on! Well done Sae!

I love this program so much, I think it's one of Shae's best works of the past few seasons. It fits Rion perfectly as well. She can be such an incredible skater, but unfortunately she's a bit inconsistent. I'm sure the proximity to the Final didn't help either
