I ain’t never seen a mistake on a death spiral and I never did want to. At least it was a mistake that didn’t involve the head.

The last time I remember seeing a death spiral error was when Alexa and Chris made one at one of their Worlds appearances.

Oh no falls even when not jumping.

This brings sweet memories of Sasha Cohen, she always found some bizarre way to mess up a program (usually a LP). Once she fell on a spin finishing the program but still ended up doing it ... with a style, lol.

I've seen falls on death spirals right at the end of the program this season - By very good and experienced Sr pairs, at that, even if not internationally.

I can remember Meno and Sand having a mistake during a death spiral. If I'm remembering correctly, he fell of his edge, and she ended up on her back on the ice.

I love this program so much but that was a rough skate for this team, hopefully we can see them back so much stronger next season because they have so much potential

I also appreciate that Lei reached down to pick Cheng up after that nasty fall instead of just skating away and waiting for her to catch up, that makes me think that this is a good partnership for both of them
