Well somebody forgot to update their ISU bio...
And me.
It distracted me to start with because I knew it was something I'd played but could place it immediately.

Last thing I read was that she would be representing Hungary again but so far I don't think she has any JGP assignments...

I'm back!!! But only to see Varvara LIVE.
Just wound back and watched the Group 6 Warm-Up in preparation for her coming on. And was delighted to find that she was the first skater that the cameras focussed on!
Some nice warming up moves (little jumps, spins) to start with.
She's wearing the same costume as she did for her Advanced Novice SP last season. So, I wonder if she has re-worked that programme for Juniors. (I didn't know the music that she was skating to in her SP last season, so I can't work it out from what her ISU Bio says).
Unfortunately, apart they didn't focus on her again until near the end of the programme. By which stage she was winding it down. But, she did do a couple of nice spins.

I happened to look yesterday. She did one competition representing Hungary towards the end of last season, but didn't do particularly well. She also didn't perform well in the test skates, so hasn't been given a JGP slot. She's a sub for one of them, I think.
