Ines & Alejandro ESP do a circus doll program with her dress looking like a queen of hearts. Kinda gives me a creepy vibe. Didn't a Hungarian team use this music in ice dance a year or two ago - he had purple hair maybe? A more technically proficient skate and unusual theme. Very unique.

It's good to see Ackermann and Harms looking so much more secure than last year. They were one of the pairs which scared me last year.

understand but now I'm writing this seriously, "like" CSA: my decision is that the Guo/Zhang duo will start in Ankara, and I seriously wonder why not Wuxi does host a pairs event instead of Riga or Ankara. it was known that the Latvians and Turks would not benefit from this, but there will also be Chinese teams in this year's jgp series. and I have min 3 quite good (or a bit bad) teams but only 3 spots...

I was also surprised that the JGP hosted in China doesn't have pairs... ridiculous... at the same time, for a couple years, there was nothing happening in junior skating from China. Didn't China refuse to send skaters to Taiwan? So that's their fault for not having enough spots.

Very nice improvement and a very serious approach to this program. Aliyah & Tobija GER are very motivated to show their progress. They are rewarded with the lead. A six year age gap between them.

The Chinese JGP replaces the originally planned French JGP, which didn't include pairs.
The four JGPs with pairs were already determined and organised when this host change happened.
