Congratulations to Leah and Artem on their first podium as seniors. They were probably a little nervous and need to work out the kinks. Can’t wait to see them at Skate America where I expect they will do better!
Jeffrey never has had a partner who was junior world champion -- whether with or without him.
I guess you mean a partner with whom he competed at junior worlds?

Or, Flossie might possibly be confusing Jeffrey with Vadym Kolesnik, another young US ice dancer who did win Junior Worlds, but split with his partner immediately afterwards.
BTW I agree that Lagouge/Caffa looked great throughout this competition, and deserve congratulations!

Getting off topic here, but I was a great admirer of Nguyen/Kolesnik, and followed their partnership very closely.
I was very sad when it ended (not immediately after Junior Worlds; during the pandemic, they had started discussing new programs between themselves, according to an article/interview when the partnership still was intact) -- and it never was clear to me whose decision it was.
From the little that either of them said when announcing the end of the partnership (which I don't want to rehash), my opinion is: If it was only one partner's decision, it could have been either partner's. Also possible to me that it was a mutual decision.
Congrats to the medalists. But none of them held my attention like the French Pair in fourth place, L/C. Congratulations on their fourth place. Hope to see them develop into a greater team.
