well that was really enjoyable.. i have many errands to run.... so i will quit for now... Just happy my Frangi skated so well and i love this program for Deniss... Sota was stellar... and Romsky well... this is his best in a long time... Almost a perfect morning... except for Marky Mark (i don't even care about wesley popping jumps anymore... used to it)

Re: plan to make Deniss do ballet every other season - I think a Le Corsaire could also be lovely, Ondine is also another possibility, ooh Queen of Spades!! + the classics of Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Orpheus and Eurydice... oh I just had another idea I've always wanted a Die Zauberflote program why not

The SP was a bomb, the FS was a delight. My darling got 4th with a pop, two falls, a lost combo, and other mistakes, I am amazed yet happy. He also rightfully got the highest PCS!

The program is simply sublime - he does balletic so well and I love the jumps choreographed to the music. This is the best I've seen him skate so early in the season.

He got asked about it during the press conference, and said it referred to the storyline as he's supposed to be an India yogi (or something) I don't know the story, sorry. But he spoke long and nicely about wanting to be as much in character as possible.

Finally had time to watch a few of the skates...

My favorites were Yamamoto and Sadovsky in the free skate. Both were stellar. I also liked Deniss' free skate and Junhwan's short (despite the errors and uninspired music choice).

Does Yamamoto have other quads? Wondering if this is already close to his max BV.
