I have no followed much junior pairs this season and just came to watch. What is not allowed in juniors vs allowed in seniors and what is compulsory to do at Sp this season?

Rebecca and Kyle are looking good. She only started pairs in the Spring, after Lucy Hay retired. She was doing singles domestically last season,,

Why were they only sent to one JGP, didn’t Canada have TONS of spots?

Canada wasted spots early.... I can understand in some ways as they are so fresh... but a bit of trust from the Fed would be nice..

To be devil's advocate, they got this assignment after doing not too badly at CQE... So perhaps, getting the nod after CQE, help these kids with their confidence... but I agree with you... they should have had 2 spots, especially since two of our top teams are injured and we had TONS of spots

imagine, Quatrocchi and Desmarais were not assigned early either... (at least from my memory) and they won a medal... happy they ended up with two spots

In juniors in the SP for the solo jump, it’s a double. Not sure if it’s a specific one per different year, but there’s that.

Don't forget, you're the one that was drooling over Javi Fernandez in the Ladies thread an hour ago. And telling us that you were having naughty thoughts about him when he was in Japan. And he was fully clothed!

They have a choice of two jumps each season. One is 2A. Don't remember what the other is.

A 2A or 2F for the SBS jumps, throw needs to be a salchow, Group 4 lift, BO death spiral
