the word Voilà in French can be very annoying...

it can mean, there are the lovely flowers : voilà les jolies fleurs

but it can also be annoyingly pedantic... like

"see, i told you so"

so just imagine someone saying voilà voilà voilà non stop at you... for 2 hours.

In this song, she is just begging to be liked... but it's still quite annoying... and depressing.
