2024 Skate Canada Women's Short Program

Why do the women look so discouraged at the end of the program? We know you fell, you don’t have to make it dramatic and give the judges the reason to judge to think the rest of your program wasn’t good. This seems to be a trend.
 
Not sure that Seoyeong Wi really captured the music there. Perhaps she would have done so a bit more if it wasn't for the loop fall.
My beloved tends to lose a lot of energy after a mistake, I saw her go clean live two weeks ago and she was much more invested in the choreo

Judges seem harsher on spins this season, ngl I don’t hate it as long as it’s applied across the board
I am all for stricter judging all round and none of the disciplines at SKAM seem to me to have been quite as parochially ridiculous as previous years so maybe...?

Oh poor kid, she didn't like that score.

(While the KnC is much much better than SKAM's, I with they had chairs instead of those seats which make everyone look stiff and uncomfortable.
