I think he's getting a standing ovation too! Well deserved despite the jump trouble, the skating skills and choreo were just gorgeous!

He seems to be hypnotised into silence by Jason's beautiful program though!

Yes, he isn't my favorite commentator. I prefer silence, but there is nothing wrong with enthusiasm.

I heard he was having boot problems. The program works better without falls though...so probably smarter to skip the 3A if it is a guaranteed fall.

I think that Jason may still have done enough to stay out of Tomoki... but some people might get annoyed that Tomoki's great skate was out scored by Jason's.

He always was the most excitable of the British Eurosport guys. You can tell he just loves the sport. (Well, you can also tell that by the fact that he has been commentating on it for 30 odd years!)

I just miss there being somebody sitting beside him for him to bounce off.

Yes I wish Jason was not struggling with his A jumps, but the beauty of his positions and extension throughout his skates makes me so happy I can still watch him.

Yes. There was time we had Eurosport free on cable and a lot of Fs. I preferred it always more than national tv.
