Nathan was apparently born at Six Nations Territories of the Grand River Indian reserve. I believe he is a volunteer fireman so the firebird theme is interesting.

And Lily HENSEN / Nathan LICKERS (CAN) have got it off to a great start.

But, I'm biased because I love Stravinski's "Firebird".

They go into the lead of both the FD and overall.

I'm a bit behind, but you can see Nathan wearing his tribal emblem as an Indigenous Canadian (Native) in the kiss and cry.

Ah, I am sorry. I had just written a comment saying the following:

Erm, you're supposed to be trying to convince us that you are Irish rather than Canadian. So what do you do? Skate to Bublé! ​

But then I checked the OP just to make sure, and found out that it wasn't Bublé. It was Harry Connick Junior.

Now that I have friends here, I will admit another mistake I made in relation to these two. When I was writing my good luck message yesterday, I wrote "Carolane and Liam"! It was bound to happen at some stage.

I enjoyed that.

In the USA we call them Native Americans and list the name of the tribe. It is a bit different for Canada because tribes in lower Canada and those way northward in the Northwest Territories use the term Indiginous people - don't quote me on this but ask @4everchan or @saine to explain it. Me the half Canadian may not get all the terms correct.
