I was hoping they would get a push as the spares and was counting on solid Italian technique when I put them in my top 5 since the judges were not liking Holly & Jason much.

Figures when I choose not to pick Holly & Jason, the judges decide they like them again after all - very fickle!

Sofia & Azaf are such an attractive couple on the ice. This was a beautiful skate with a lovely flowing style.

Watching them in slo-mo reminded me of why I find ice dance beautiful to watch even when I promised myself I would get some sleep. But who doesn't like a bit more beauty in life.
