I never use mute on skating... i mean, what's the point to watch something that is supposed to be matching music if turning off the sound ?
And trust me, I probably am one of the biggest music snob on Earth lol....

I do the squeeze bottle and it works well enough for me... i do it all the time because I am allergic to chlorine and without it my nose is running non-stop for 24 hours after a workout...

Being allergic to chlorine must be an absolute nightmare for somebody that loves swimming and does it regularly.

I really feel for you, and admire your dedication continuing on through your allergy.

I don't get a huge discomfort every time I swim. It's mostly in indoor pools only... And it's mostly when I do swim an intense endurance workout like this week... Last week, we did sprints, no problem...

"Black Dog" isn't a song I would have ever imagined being skated to. And now I know why.

Now that the music has been dealt with, what on Earth is Diana wearing?! Gleb's costume is alright. Very fitting for Zeppelin. But her's?!

Needless to say, I really, REALLY enjoyed that programme.

They go into the lead of both FS and overall.

Yay, watching my French beauties certainly elevated this event to new heights! They transported me with their FD and I was engaged in the journey they were sharing. I agree with Mark; they had the best skating skills of the event so far. I LOVE them!!

It will be interesting to see what scores Green/Parsons receive in relation to Zingas/Kolesnik last week. 114.23 FD, 189.86 overall for G/P. Z/K received 116.76 FD, 189.48 overall. Bratti/Sommerville in France received 113.07 FD, 185.88 overall.
