After a long wait after her Warm-Up, it is now time for the second of my kids to do her programme. The older of the Hristova sisters.

Lovely combination jump to start with.
And the individual jump and combination spin afterwards were too!
Ach, popped her next jump. But did a lovely combination spin and then a sit spin afterwards.
Step Sequence good.
Mmmm. I know I am biased because I don't like Choreographic Slides, but I don't think that was wise doing one at the very end. Will the fact that she was still sliding well after the music finished be held against her?
No deductions, so she got away with the sliding.
She goes into 7th position. 0.08 points ahead of Zala GRUM (SVN), who skated directly befoere her.

This is going to be fun. Not only have I two kids to keep track of in this Warm-Up, but they are doing their programmes back-to-back!
Hang on, there's only 4 on the ice. I see Vasilisa, but I don't see Stefania.
One of the other skaters fell, and Vasilisa was heading straight towards her at speed. She did very well to avoid ploughing straight into her.
With about 2 minutes to go, we saw her go over to the boards, and Goncharenko gave her shoulders a massage, and whispered into her ear, And then she was off again.
I'm telling you, this girl is the Duracell bunny. The other skaters were going at a steady pace, and Vasilisa was zooming around the ice!

Looks like skater #24 Taisia KRIVOSHEYA (LAT) is the other withdrawal, along with skater #27, AKA my kid Stefania YAKOVLEVA (CYP).

Unfortunately, the falls continued for Sofiya VIDRINA (UZB) during her programme. And when she finished, I thought she had a massive bruise around her left eye. But I was relieved to discover that it was just some of her hair that had become dislodged from it's position.
Phew!
She goes into 21st position.

Well, with Stefania missing, we wait around for a moment, and then it is straight onto my other kid.
That was funny. Vasilisa was stretching, and Goncharenko had to urge her to move up towards the gate.
She's on the ice now.

I keep forgetting that it is "Boléro" with vocals.

Didn't hamper her, though. The spins were beautiful.
Well, the third jump is definitely a fall.
Oh, she's getting desperate. Next spin didn't go well.
And another dodgy spin.
Combination spin good.
Bielmann beautiful.
She looked very disappointed when she finished.
When they arrive in the results area, they pose for a photo. But there arr no smiles.
You can see Vasilisa is very angry with herself.

I was wondering what the delay was to Group 7 starting.
And then after driving to the far end of the ice, it went back in and a human came out onto the ice. He did something, and then went back off it again.

Warm-Up has now started.
Ach, I was hoping to stay to the next resurfacing before leaving for food. But, unless there are withdrawals from these two groups, there's no hope of that happening now. I'll have to leave during Group 8.

One of the skaters had a very weird fall coming out of a sit spin during the Warm-Up. And she had difficulty getting up. I thought she had hurt herself.
She immediately went towards the boards.
But, we saw her again later in the Warm-Up looking none the worse for wear. So, I don't think there's any need to worry.

Esma OKTEM (TUR)! That's who it was that fell on the Sit Spin in the Warm-Up.
She actually finished with her programme with a Sit Spin into a Choreographic Slide. And it didn't go the best then either.
It was a very strange programme. It sounded like aboriginal music to me. But the dress didn't really go with that.
The dress was yellow around her shoulders, then as you went down it became green, and then blue.
She was given a giant purple teddy bear. Which reminded me that another skater earlier got an identical bear, except in her case it matched her dress.
She goes into 29th position.

The dress was nice even if it didn't match. I love the teddy bears.
