For cowboys and their music, you'd have to go two provinces west to Alberta, and the central part of British Columbia. Manitoba is farming, but grains and potatoes mostly. And mining and oil. Go one province west to Saskatchewan and it's mainly farming, grains again. Keep going west into Alberta and you'll finally find cattle ranching with rodeos, the Calgary Stampede, etc etc.Come to think of it I'm not familiar with Winnipeg/Manitoba. Cowboy music?

I don't know if the American states south across the border follow the same geographical pattern. I'm pretty ignorant about most of the USA myself. Cattle ranching and cowboys are more spread out there, I think.
