Anyone watching junior men? I've no idea what the podium will be, let alone the winner. The top few scores are so close after the short!
ALL THE BEST EVERYBODY!!!
Provided Kristen remains fit, I think BIS would struggle to find a way of justifying sending Nina instead. They normally look at nationals results and the best international ones. Kristen has consistently done better internationally than Nina this season. I suppose they could use Nina "needing to get her worlds minimums" as a reason for sending her to Euros instead of Kristen, but that would really smack of favouritism because they haven't done that for Kristen in the past and it's generally easier to get the technical minimums at a senior B competition.Really impressed by Kristen Spours, she may only jump 5 triples in the free sakte, but she does them with huge speed and great height. Plus today she really seemed to enjoy skating and performed to the max ! Curiously she has been to worlds twice but has nether been to Europeans : is this the year ?
I don't think they'd have any reason to, would they? I think Kristen is the most realistic chance of hitting the top 10 at Euros and that's arguably more important to them than worlds this year, with EC 26 in Sheffield!Provided Kristen remains fit, I think BIS would struggle to find a way of justifying sending Nina instead. I hope they can have a rest and a nice productive run up to Junior WorldsI think Zarah and Alexs need a bit of a break after this. They are looking tired and their programmes this week haven't had their normal sparkle. They have plenty of time before junior worlds, and there's no point overdoing things now.
I think top 24 at Worlds and an Olympic spot for GB should be the priority for both men's and ladies singles.I don't think they'd have any reason to, would they? I'm at a loss too.I'm going to need someone more knowledgeable to explain the junior ice dance result to me because I am a little bit surprised
I know nothing, but she's doing dancing on ice isn't she?Vanessa James was in the audience yesterday - is she coaching any of the British skaters, does anyone know?
