This year is a bit different, with Shoma gone others are learning what it takes to be that kind of leader. It is a learning year for many of them. Some will be successful and others will continue learning next level competition. Sometimes you have to fail to light that fire to improve.Yup, so far it looks like it's gonna be the typical Nats for the guys

Wow, I know Nobu has been to so many nationals, but I didn't know he's already 37!! He still looks very young, I thought he's like 34 max

Oh my gosh NOBU!!!!!! I am obsessed with him showing back up to competition (a year later than planned due to he and Daniel Grassl being in a bad-at-paperwork competition) with a quad and an absolute banger of a program with a costume change, selling that program to the rafters, and then getting a level 2 step sequence. If the men keep on menning, he could end up on this podium, and I would love nothing more. Also, Nobu needs to do at least World Team Trophy because I want to see this program at least one more time.
