It's in Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa is a way up, up north of Detroit/New York).

Starting order will be announced sometime tomorrow or thursday. Practice starts on early thursday morning.

They'll probably have it up either today or tomorrow. The competition doesn't start until Friday so they have some time to figure things out.

Also, however, Ottawa is currently in Daylight Savings Time, but during the night from Saturday to Sunday, the clock is put back an hour (to normal EST), you might want to make a note of that, too

Alaska goes into DST as well.

I think Saskatchewan is the only province or state that doesn't do daylight savings. I'm off to Ottawa tomorrow. I can't wait!

actually several states in the US don't observe it either... Alaska *should* be one of them, it makes no sense for us to do it.
