i totally agree with you, especially because it was made in favour of some teams (others are benefitting too of course but that's not the point) it's just unfair

I think the eligibility rules need to be looked at. There are too many senior pairs in this event, and it isn't fair on those who really are juniors.

I think nerves have struck..they were GREAT at Nationals...

They were great here too. They had a few mistakes, but they are adorable, and have talent, and that’s all that matters at this stage. You know that’s true!

if you skate on the GP circuit, you don't skate JWC.
If you have won a medal the previous year, and are above 21, you don't skate JWC.

SaeLuca did well! Pity about the throw but all the rest was well done, the nicest step sequence and spin at the moment. I like their style.

the scores are not bad and they still could qualify... i know at least one of the teams i follow has scored lower than that recently a couple mistakes and that's it

Good singles elements and spin from the Japanese pair. The actual pairs elements still need some more development. They kind of don't quite look like a pair yet - which isn't surprising at this stage.

The other thing I wondered about is perhaps a limit of 5 senior international competitions and then skaters lose eligibility for JWC. That allows for a transition season, which is something I am happy with.

Well maybe I am just in a good mood, but I am really enjoying all these teams. They are all at different levels of development and that is what is making the difference. I agree that there are too many senior teams skating down.
