Eurovision 2025

he's a blonde, @4everchan is not interested in blondes...most of the times...
That is correct, most of the times, indeed...

Rooftop terrace update, I bought a frangipani. I hope it does well under the climatic conditions we have up north ;) It is standing tall next to a Meyer lemon tree (well let's call it a stick for now) , a jasmine and many other flowers like calendulas, marigolds, pansies, nasturtiums, snapdragons etc. All I am missing is an exotic lavender in my private area because the common terraces are full of lavender already.

Brief, I like darker most of the times, but I like plants better, always :)

PS... JJ is cute but I disliked pop opera so much....I hope wasted love doesn't become a warhorse with emo boys on the jpg circuit.

Sorry I could not join you this year, I have been dealing with illness in my family, but it´s going better day by day. Next year I will most likely watch with you again!

I´m happy Austria won, and proud of Kyle for doing such a good job. Fun fact - he was the youngest in Eurovision this year, only 17! I really loved Albanias song and also enjoyed Germanys song. Cool that all the Nordics countries qualified for the final this year.

Apparently we have found out that the jurys won´t give Sweden endless with votes no matter what they send - apparently there is a limit for the jurys as well. A bit pity though, because they finally sent something a bit different, and now they are going to go back to send a generic song because of the lack of jury votes. But i´m glad Kaj went this year - particular after all that have come forward with Måns Zelmerlöw.

The public winner was a bit uncomfortable. I think IBU needs to sit down and make a change for next year, or it´s going to get even more uncomfortable. Jury votes might not save what would have been a disaster for Eurovision in the future. I know people talk a lot about that votes must have been bought, but I think the problem is that the maximum votes are as much as 20. Because the special supporters are going a long way to use money to vote 20 times on their "favorites", when the casual voter will vote maximum 5 times maybe on their favorite entry. The limit should be something like 5, and you won´t have the same outcome.

Maximum 20 votes like we have now gives scenarios like this

Song 1: Crazy supporters vote 20 times each - 1000 x 20 votes = 20 000 votes
Song 2: Not so crazy supporters vote 5 times each 3000 x 5 = 15 000 votes.

So you have 1000 people being more representative in voting than the 3000 people that voted for another song. This is so wrong. It´s also about who is having the money to vote 20 times.

This would simply be a easy way to prevent a disaster in the future to say - maximum 5 votes each.
