Maddie and Breken interviews were much better than Roman’s interview. They talk in more detail which allows me to connect more with them.Robert Brodie interviews Breken Brezden:

'I don't see the ceiling closing in on her anytime soon'
Canada's Breken Brezden is still discovering just how good she can be, and she's aiming to keep the trajectory of her skating pointed upward into a new seasonrwbrodiewrites.substack.com
He has a good point about Saskatchewan being next to Manitoba for the TBD spot![]()
LOL so is Alberta for KaiyaRobert Brodie interviews Breken Brezden:

I'm not letting your logic stop me from admiring his point. Breken TBD spotLOL so is Alberta for Kaiya![]()
I would rather Gabby WD than pushed too far and ended up out injured again.![]()
Gabby withdrew from the free skate. I kind of anticipated this to be the case. She tends to struggle in the longer programs.
As long as one of these get the spot, I’ll be happy. AB or MB for the TBD spot battle.I'm not letting your logic stop me from admiring his point. Breken TBD spot![]()
Me too!! What is important is for her to stay healthy and do a Rika Kihira build up, where she slowly adds triples to her arsenal when they are ready.I would rather Gabby WD than pushed too far and ended up out injured again.
well well... Uliana and Fée Ann are saying that BC and QC are not that far away from SaskatoonAs long as one of these get the spot, I’ll be happy. AB or MB for the TBD spot battle.

I think Skate Canada is being smart with KMS. She won Warsaw challenger last season and I believe they are waiting to see if she nabs a second spot on her own merit, due to her 180+ score last season. If someone pulls out due to injury, KMS May get two spots alone on the GP circuit without needing this TBD spot. Uliana is also close. It would be amazing if KMS gets a second spot and Uliana gets a spot and then another lady gets the TBD spot. If nobody skated well this summer and KMS doesn’t get a second GP spot due to no withdrawals, she could always get this spot.Have to wonder if the TBD spot would have gone to KMS had she not got an invite elsewhere. Nice that we do have so many to choose from this year where in the past they didn't feel any one was worthy of the spot.
Yes, she's moving up domestically to Seniors. She discussed it here - https://ottawasportspages.ca/2025/0...t-season-following-respectable-junior-finish/I wonder if Reese is moving up to Senior Women domestically. Her total score in this competition is 140+. She doesn’t have the consistency to finish in the upper half top 9 at Senior Nationals. So, she seems to be in limbo land. I hope she does better at Next Gen, if she is competing for junior GP spots.
