I'm disappointed Sui and Han did not make final, but excited to see them continue to progress, hopefully at the Olympics. Is there Chinese nationals a requirement to qualify?

I don't wish any qualified Pair to miss the Final, but if one has to withdraw, Sui Wenjing and Han Cong can replace them (visas allowing)?

SuiHan are listed as first alternates so yes.
