That was full of energy.

First time seeing Lilah FEAR / Lewis GIBSON (Alexandra Palace) this season.

Oh, no. It's a re-mix of "Wannabe". What's wrong with the original?!

At least "Who Do You Think You Are?" was right. But back to a re-mix for "Spice Up Your Life". I love that song, but this re-mix was awful.

From past experience with Lilah and Lewis, I should have realised it would be like this.

Sorry, this programme is not for me.

But, they are still the best so far, and will go into a massive lead.

I'm still really regretting not going to the Robin Cousins Cup. Especially since I have a feeling that one of the skaters I specifically wanted to see is in their swansong season.

These songs bring back so many memories!

I loved that. But, I'm biased on many levels!

It's strange seeing my "kid" Zoe Jones with Ice Dancers.

Sophia BUSHELL / Antonio PEÑA (Alexandra Palace) doing a country music programme. Until Cotton Eyed Joe returned to the ice from his 40 minute afternoon tea break, I didn't know any of the songs.

Sophia is wearing a blue denim top and white skirt. Antonio is wearing a white t-shirt with an open blue denim shirt over it, and black trousers.

Not my taste in music, but they skated it well.

As I expected, they go into 3rd position.

Shame for the competition, hope he recovers quickly

Edit: Also it looks like Arina Vorobeva has withdrawn from junior women, what a shame as she was in fourth. I hope she is not injured.

Drat! Sending him my best wishes.

I hope Joe takes the time to properly recover and doesn't try to come back too soon. There's plenty of time before Junior Worlds, and plenty of competitions nearer them.
