Gutsy skate by Rinka, but I fear the tech panel may not be too kind on the calling of some of her jump landings and there were mistakes. Her skating has really become exciting to watch this season.

Has done enough to maintain her lead over Sakamoto, IMO, but let's see what the judges do.

Props to Rinka for going for the two axels and not doing them consecutively. I like the strong music for Rinka but the ending is so strange for me. If you end on a step sequence that needs to be a strong element for you, which is not the case here.

Those Axels were UR,but still great try.
Really love that this program is all screaming "I am in a mission".Both music and choreo.Her face is serious as well which suit it perfectly.Then in the end we have slow,calm and beautiful Stsq as a closer.Great program and atittiude from Rinka this season.

Kaori's free skate packaging is just spot on, she looks so mature & elegant, like a grand dame - which is exactly what the program calls for

That was really good from Rinka WATANABE (JPN).

So good to see tears of joy when she was coming off the ice, rather than the other kind.
