This program has run cold for me for whatever reason. When I first saw it in a show thingie, I loved it and it was the short I didn’t like. It’s now the other way around. Kagiyama’s done enough of course, but he should lose the free (again) to Sato.

just the fact that his popped quad cost him not even entering the 90s, yeah. I will complain less about Yuma winning here based on the short program, but man.

Ok, I love Yuma but I think Shun should win this competition and I'm usually on board with giving Yuma all the components. I think both his programs here were underwhelming.

Anyway, he will still win overall.

The battle all along was for the 3rd WC spot, not Olys~

Italy France and Kazakstan judges will do everything to prop their skaters up. Silver is genuinely in question if he doesn't deliver at the Olympics. Not even considering what they're willing to do for Gumenik. This is why I said they should've been propping up Shun too. Not even to surpass Yuma, but to say "Ilia might be the class of the field but the rest of you aren't touching our skaters"

In happy news, the Japanese men's Olympic team will be comprised of three childhood friends who have been dreaming of going to the Olympics together for a long time, I expect to see a lot of silly shenanigans coming out of Milan. Anyways, I'm going to go and cry in the corner over Kazuki please JSF give him a 4CC berth so he can redeem himself.
