sigh... I was going to say that Canadian pairs were so strong today... and then this.

• Good 3 twist
• Max down on under rotated first 2axel in the sequence after a 2toe
• 3 sals - Deanna doubled, Max pulled out after 2.5 revs. All sbs jumps so far have been very far apart, more similar to the way they have been skating throughout the season unfortunately, and less like the short program last night.
• Down on the throw 3loop
• Throw 3sal - both hands and free leg touchdown.

Lia and Trennt could take this... I don't think the judges would give it to them due to the impact it might have on Olympic scoring, but it would definitely not be a surprise...

Technical look like it was between 10 and 15 lower but they do have a lead of almost 10 points going in to the free

Given their season, it’s not surprising this happened; the only good competition they’ve had was Skate Canada.

Deanna and Maxime was ok, some errors and disaster but could save it, had some good elements but that error broken the aesthetic of their LP sadly.
