I think my extreme dislike of Egyptian Arms™ programs has manifested an actual curse upon the skaters who do them... first Nastya Gubanova's short and now Lukas's free

Lukas. Good outfit and program. A few mistakes, but great spins and a good skate.

Yeah 4CC skaters do easily get more WR points because of that, sometimes you think about that it shouldn´t be the same value for the same placement. On the other side, at least earlier there have been few competitions outside Europe so European skaters have often easily gained points on International Competitions. So maybe it evens out.

Which somewhat favours 4CC as there often isn't even 24 skaters total. So if you show up there, you are guaranteed points.

Except that 4CC skaters cannot do 4CC on an Olympic year because of the scheduling so most of them have 0 ranking points for him to bring with them to the games....

And yes, Euro skaters can do a bunch of Challengers and Series B event on their turf... realistically, there is no advantage for 4CC skaters when it comes to world ranking points at all...

As I said it before, there is no need for any egyptian, cleopatra, snake program

But that is just a scheduling problem. US/Canada can also have their Nationals in December...and 4CC can be earlier.
