Ilia, Andrew, and Max are the team of my dreams, that I didn't think would be possible until it happened. The 2020 U.S. Junior World Team made it to the Olympics, all together. Max and Andrew are the same age and have been competing against each other since Juvenile. Wow.

I have been dreaming about this exact team all season long and I was so sure there is no way it would be Ilia Max and Andrew. What a dreamteam!! First olympic dream come true before we even got there.

I know Torgs is leaving today for the Olympics (he posted an IG story last night). Possibly Max and Ilia are too, if they dug out of the snow and the flights are happening. What a day to be leaving for the Olympics. Heartbreakingly poetic. May the whole figure skating community find comfort today and always. :pray: (And here's hoping, no plane crashes or other travel issues related to the Olympics). :pray:

Boston part of team USA arrived save today. Amber just posted she will fly today. Maybe team Boston came a day early so Max wouldn't have to fly on the day his parents died in a planecrash? He is tough but maybe not that tough

After his parents died in the midair collision over Washington, D.C., a year ago, Maxim Naumov struggled to put on his skates. Now he will compete for the United States at the Milan-Cortina Games.
