Just had time to see Adelia's. Solid skate for her! Should be fine enough to make the final flight (based on scores from last Worlds), unless everyone is lights out.

The PCS was pretty generous (the 3T on the combo looked a bit iffy but seems it was marked cleanly). Impressive transitions in an and out of elements, particularly the spins. You know Russia must have pushed hard for her to make that final flight. As purely a figure skater, and Russian/Eteri affiliation aside, I'm glad she is able to meet the pressure and hopefully has a positive Olympic experience.
What do you mean by positive ?

I thought Petrosian's score was fair, she was pretty impressive. I want my favourites to beat her but so far I don't see anything to complain so far. PCS scores have been quite high in general here, probably the trend will continue today. If they don't for the others then it would be time for wuzrobbed talk IMO.

Speaking of Kaori, in the practice prior to this event, she was the only skater to skate her full program in the run-through and it was totally clean, so she’s displaying terrific stamina. She and Amber were the only 2 to appear in full costume and makeup.

Think I’m getting sick. Been sleeping way too much.
Looking forward to visiting Poland in April. We are stopping in Krakow, but will be doing a day visit to Czocha Castle, as well.
PS: a lady I knew from Poland once told me I have very Polish features

Fun! I want to visit all my ancestral homes - Poland, Scotland (related to an Earl), England (related to Katherine Parr). To be fair I’ve been to England but before I did my family tree.

The TV has started figure skating broadcast but it is annoying as there sometimes are half of the screen tips from other sports. So I will keep YLE Areena the internet TV and Swedish comments, on TV I could have watched with no comments but hear the music. She does not talk all the time anyway and she speaks so clearly I understand her most of the time.

If Russia is able to dictate where she ends up that’s an issue.

Iida, star of the future. I am utterly convinced of this
