Couture-on_Ice is sold out !!!
On Day 4 of the pre-sales which was planned to last until June 21 they announced they received the number of pre-orders exceeding the quantity planned for production so they had to stop accepting the orders.
A great commercial success no doubt about it! But also what a disappointment for those who planned to place their orders a little bit later, maybe waiting for the next salary or trying to fit the purchase in with their other expenses as this photobook was more expensive than usually

Anyway, congratulations !!!!!

This is an Expensive Book, make no bones about it (I converted to my currency and winced but was going to order anyway... will now have to wait and see if a second print is considered). And it sold out in 4 days of pre-prder. That's Hanyuconomy for you, he is still the one people want.

I'm not sure that we're going to have a reprint, because that sort of art book can be printed only by some printers, who may have a busy planning ahead.
Maybe, there will be a few opportunities in case a purchase is cancelled (if cancelling is possible); and there will be the secondhand market, of course. Actually, if the authors and the publisher haven't limited the number of issues per order to very few, we may see some issues resold at a higher price in China after the publication and the shipping, because in China this practice doesn't seem to be viewed negatively — and Yuzuru Hanyu has so many fans there.
