Yuzuru Hanyu

PR Times posted an article on the reprint of Couture on Ice:

TrendNewsCaster too:

Here's the article, with a very large photo of the cover, and a blurred photo of the bonus items:

June 1st is Ice Day in Japan because it's the customary day when the Kaga Domain used to present ice to the Shogun during the Edo period.
I didn't know that the pond where Figure Skating appeared in Japan, was part of the Sendai Castle moat!

Edit: Also from NekoMayamune, yesternight Full Moon was "Blue Moon" and it is said that a second Full Moon in a months brings luck and happiness:

Tokyo News PR reported on Kiss & Cry released today, noticing that it has a lot about Towa 2026 Notte Stellata and REALIVE, and adding that there are several B4 photos in the article, plus a B5 poster and stickers:

They linked a PR Times article:

It seems that the photos are by Marco Perboni? Sorry, this URL doesn't embed:

Both Kiss&Cry editions are at the top of the Celebrities Photo Books weekly sales with Rakuten, the regular edition "beating" the special edition one, maybe because the latter was sold out for some time:

As to ANAN Magazine with Yuzuru Hanyu on the cover, it's topping the all-categories weekly ranking:

in this all-categories weekly ranking, the Kiss&Cry are 13th and 14th, so there mustn't be a big difference between the editions. I suppose that if cumulated, they would reach a much higher position.

This fan has already visited the newly planted Yuzuru Hanyu rice field, cosplaying Seimei, in company with Reito, Guriri and Pooh; they seemed to behave well at the restaurant too, and at night, she visited the Yuzuru Hanyu cherry tree at the Nanakita Park in Sendai, already quite leafy:

Am I right in understanding that they mean that the actual planting was on May 30th, which would mean that May 25th to 27th was rather a preparation of the field?

The new Kiss & Cry The Stage 5 seems just as popular in both regular and special editions:

So is ANAN, and there are many other inspirations...

Edit: The two fanart works I had chosen look deleted, so I've left their URL in case they would be restored (the fanartist is a longstanding, well-known one) but I suppressed the embedding and am posting two others, the first inspired by ANAN:
