Ladies SP

Ashley Wagner (Somewhere in Time)

Pretty opening choreography
3F+1T lost focus
3Lz slight 2-foot
LSp4, gorgeous arm variations on the classic position

FSSp3 or 4
SpSq4, nicely timed to music
Right into 2A, major tilt, hand-down
CCoSp4
The coaching change has done wonders for her. Nice except for the small errors on the combo and axel.

So Bebe's training with Frank Carroll now?

I hope she kills it--- she's been in the game a long time. Go BEBE

what?????

I'm sorry for Wagner - I/'m not watching now, but I think she is fantastic and so improved this season. Here's hoping she comes back in the long program.

Ashley is only five points out of third and can easily beat girls like Diggs, Forte,Gilles, and Rizo in the long.

Bebe Liang (Sorcerer's Apprentice)

FSSp4 very fast
3F slight over-rotation but hung on
SpSq4, edges a little weak
LSp2
1Lz (didn't get a great pick in -- typical Bebe pop), no combo
SlSt the best of the night
2A nice
stars to CCoSp4 very nice
Great music, great choreography for her. If she had done the 3Lz+2T she's probably be in second...

But won't Ashley skate in the early group? Will her score hold through to the later group?

But won't Ashley skate in the early group? Will her score hold through to the later group?

COP really helps prevent this. If bias factors in at all, Ashley's record will hold her scores up. And unless there's some miracle from the remaining skaters, she'll skate in the second to last group.
