I'm Canadian, and I do believe my countrymen are being overscored. I'm not happy about this. :scowl:

Holy cow...you guys can be mean. I should stop lurking on this site as I realze that I just really love skating. I no longer need to rip other skaters apart to enjoy my favourites. I AM Canadian and LOVE my Canadian skaters (mainly because I have watched them forever and am amazed at how muchthey can improve), but ultimately it is all about the skate. Patrick Chan is so young and is doing amazing things. Is it necessary to belittle his every accompishment? I'm glad he doesn't care what you guys think!!!

Kozuka was wobbly on most of his jumps no + GOE when he usually get +2.That cost him 6 points maybe and chan beat his pcs by 5 points
He has the best. Chan is also very good, as is Ponsero. But I think Kozuka is in class on his own, especially concerning flow and edging. He got nearly a point less on Skating Skills than Chan - and also less than Abbott, Lysacek etc.Kozuka was completely hosed on PCS, Abbott got 2 points higher about then him, and Abbott was slow, tepid and fell. Kozuka got a 36 at GPF, and he should have gotten around that here. This kind of thing makes me angry. Kozuka has some of the best skating skills in the world, and that was a very flowly performance. He should have been at least at a 79.

I agree. The anti-Canadian stuff around here is getting to be really unpleasant. And not justified in this competition so far as I can see. Chan clearly deserved to win the SP, and he did. Hope he skates like this at worlds. QUOTE]
I agree! I can't imagine what it will be like during the Olympics!

i agree about Kozuka's PCS being too low - definitely do not understand that.
Kozuka being beaten in PCS by Lysacek by almost 4 points has to be the biggest joke of the competition in the scoring so far. Absolutely ridiculous! Guess the judges see artistry in all the arm flailing and over-dramatized acting?

PCS can fluctuate based on how well you skate. It's not just about how artistic you are.
