It's very disappointing and sad to read this being a big Bobek fan. I had been wondering what she was up to these days, but I would have been happier not knowing what I know now. *SIGH* :banging:
I hope Nicole can get the help she needs to overcome this controversy. Her life has always been surrounded by trouble and adversity. It's a shame!

Oh geez, yet another skating scandal! Hope it is not true or as bad as it sounds.
I hope however this turns out Nicole will somehow learn a lesson and learn to become a better person.
I am not very sympathetic to the a person charged with something like this but hope she is treated fairly. Judges have been known to make examples of former athletes in cases like this.
I hope she gets treated fairly, but distribution of meth is practically an indirect murder. It is extremely damaging to body and especially brain. Compared to meth, some other "hard" substances almost seem recreational. I can't believe she has really plumetted to the rock bottom.

Wow....that is a crazy story. I can't really say that I am surprised though, she had legal troubles during her amateur years as well.

Wow... I simply don't know what's the worse... the charges or the funny user comments... I'm an awful person, I know... but I've gotten very cynical when it comes to athletes and bad behaviour... to whom much is given, much is expected...

Wrlmy, you are absolutely right about that. I enjoy making fun of celebrity scandals most of the time, but certainly cannot laugh about the distribution of this seriously scary drug.

Wow. She always was a wild child, but I am really sorry that she coudl not get things straightened out. That woman in the picture looks nothing like the Nicole I know and love.

Really sad. If the charges are true I have no sympathy as meth is a vile, evil, drug that is killing people in droves. From the picture, doesn't look like she is using the drug...distribution is worse, though, I agree with Wrlmy, it's like indirect murder.

This is just very sad. I was wondering what happened to her after there was no more Champions on Ice. It's a shame because this is not her first run in with the law. But i have no sympathy for people who are involved with drugs. I deal with these people every day and drugs are bad...very bad!!!
And I agree with whoever said that the picture does not look like her....it really doesn't!!

Wow, shocking, even for Nicole...
Her mother had a shop that sold figurines and the like - Nicole may have been a partner in that, but I'm not sure. I never heard anything about Nicole getting married.

Right, she was a partner with her mother at that shop. I had heard that Nicole was engaged at one point, but to my knowledge, she was never married.
