I know people will jump on me for this but Polina really does remind me of Caro when she was young: all gangly limbs with real potential. It will be interesting to see how she develops, but that's an impressive senior debut.

Kurt Browning and Carol Lane were really impressed with Polina. They say she doesn't stand out so much in practice, she seems to really come into it when it's her turn to perform.

With those PCS scores I don't think so. Polina just got 7.50 PCS. This means Sotnikova going to get 8.50 at least. I can't imagine Kostner and Yu-Na.
